Community Services: Community partnership program providing services for senior citizens, the homeless populace, and neighborhood needs to promote the self-sufficiency of individuals and our communities.

Turning Point: An Outpatient substance abuse treatment center that provides comprehensive services to support the recovery of individuals and families struggling with substance abuse and addiction.

Head Start: Full and part-time day care and preschool services with emphasis on the areas of child development, health/safety, nutrition, mental health, disabilities, family partnerships, parent involvement and literacy. These programs advocate for a community that shares responsibility for the healthy development of children and families.

Economic Development: Community program promoting the establishment of entrepreneurial business activities through Small Business Loans, and Individual Development Accounts.

Special Projects: Providing Home Owners and Home Buyers assistance through Owner Occupied Rehab, Down Payment Assistance, Homebuyer Education, Housing Counseling, and Acquisition Rehab/ New Construction Programs.

Home Repair/Weatherization: Community Program which provides emergency home repair and energy conservation through education activities and repair services.
